Epilogue is a collection of wisdom. It is the corporate brand for a new and different kind of talent aggregator, an aggregator of wisdom and experience. Epilogue is not a database or job board. It is a technologically enabled network of judgment. It has been designed specifically to invite extraordinary leaders to reenter the workplace.


Background

Sixty-five was established as the culminating age for Social Security. That number became officially "Old Age." The life expectancy at the time was 68.  Today, career retirement remains generally in the 60s. However, average life expectancy is +80. Specifically, people in this quartile have enhanced activity levels, health and intellect. They are living longer and more potentially productive lives. They possess robustness, unparalleled experience, and wisdom.  At a time when our country needs this wisdom the most, they sit unutilized and on the sidelines—uninvolved in today's daunting, but solvable challenges. Our culture idolizes youth, but our problems require seasoned judgment. 

There is of course a prejudicial issue involved, age bigotry, but this is less a factor than our youth based culture.  Our workforce often operates on yesterday's realities. Our health system is changing our culture. Former structures are obsolete as healthcare extends life.

Epilogue seeks out these former leaders, reengages them, and applies their millions of hours of experience to solve complex problems.
