Patrick S. “Pat” Pittard is Founder, and Chairman of PatrickPittard Advisors; a human capital advisory firm focusing on C-level leadership services including executive search, talent assessment, talent audits, and human capital consulting.

Concurrently, Pat is a Distinguished Executive-in-Residence at the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business. This is a faculty position, and each fall he teaches "Lessons in Leadership." Students are candidates for MBA, Law, and BBA degrees. Over 50 different CEOs have served as guest lecturers.

Pat is the retired CEO and Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles International, Inc. (HSII), the world’s premier provider of executive-level search and leadership consulting services. Following HSII, he conceived and led ACT Bridge through its successful start-up. Bridge invented and installs Talent Supply Chain Management. 

Pat is based in Atlanta. He graduated from the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He had an early career in banking and consulting before joining Heidrick & Struggles in 1983.

In 2005, Pat's book "BearFoot: A Northbounder” was published, documenting his 2200 mile journey across the Appalachian Trail.
